BBL Shore is an elite youth and high school boys travel lacrosse program that represents the New Jersey Shore region (Monmouth and Ocean Counties) for Building Blocks Lacrosse club. At BBL Shore, we believe there is no game that provides a greater parallel to life than the sport of lacrosse. Our mission is to develop our athletes into capable, hardworking young men that understand the value of being good teammates and leaders. Using lacrosse as the vehicle, we seek to teach our athletes the mindset of “freedom through discipline”. This is achieved through our program’s emphasis on the fundamentals and controllables (stickwork and conditioning). By offering By offering elite travel teams, yearly training academies, camps, and conditioning programs, we give our athletes the tools and guidance needed to finetune the foundational aspects of their game, allowing them to play more freely and with personal creativity as their game develops. At BBL Shore we believe team practices are for the team and individual training sessions are for the individual. By offering both training environments for our athletes, we can reinforce our mantra of controlling the controllables in pursuit of being the best teammate possible. We are an elite level club, but we encourage multisport athletes across all age groups. Over the last decade, our staff has created a curriculum that gives athletes ownership of their own development, while providing the resources, tools, and guidance needed every step of the way. Simply put, at BBL Shore we seek to build our boys into men by way of lacrosse… and winning is the byproduct.
