A perfect opportunity for 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 4th graders to develop their skills and have fun thru small sided game play while growing their love of the sport.
• For players with some experience who love to play
• Required Equipment: stick, goggles, mouthguard, sneakers or turf shoes allowed (no cleats)

No Prerequisite Classes Required.

RISING STARS
Rising Stars Gameplay is a great way for young intermediate and advanced players to receive developmental training while continuing to build their love of lacrosse through playing games. Each session focuses on fundamental stick skill development (cradling, loose ball acquisition and control, throwing, dodging) and small sided skills (1v1s, 2v1s, 2v2s). Each session ends with short sided games which are fast paced and fun while maximizing touches in the condensed field space which creates an exponential amount of game play moments for players to engage with and learn from.
